After 20 years of restaurant experience in upscale Italian cuisine restaurants Dimora and Primavera Kenny and Gino met with Chef Thomas Fume where Chef Thomas spend his last 20 years in Peter Luger’s in Brooklyn. He learned his craft well from handling the steaks to dry aging 28 days to butchering and then grilling the meat to your preference. He improved upon it making the Searhouse as a steakhouse and seafood extraordinary. Not only does Searhouse serve phenomenal porterhouse steak (for one, two, three or more & fresh seafood) but the atmosphere expended menu, the service and accessibility of this locations with the very large parking lot is appealing to the most exciting dinners.

This building is historical landmark unto itself with high ceilings, excellent wood craft through (walnut burl and mahogany), the restaurant design and architecture is absolutely stunning.
